Meet Your Hosts
Sarah Bodnar and Christina Helms, co-owners of Three Birds Yoga Studio, are not only friends but also your dedicated retreat hosts. With over 30 years of combined teaching experience, Sarah and Christina are known at 3B for their thoughtful and creative Vinyasa classes. They have run a host of yoga retreats over the years, and their favorite part is watching the connections people make that they can carry back home. The pair is easygoing and a little silly, and share a love for travel, great food, and dogs!
