Root to Rise
200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training

From grounded foundation to authentic expression.

Overview

Root to Rise is a transformational 200-hour yoga teacher training designed to guide you from a place of deep inner grounding into confident, authentic expression. This journey begins with your roots—building a strong foundation in yoga philosophy, alignment, breath, and self-awareness—so you feel steady, safe, and connected to your truth. As the training unfolds, you’ll strengthen your personal practice, develop a deeper understanding of the body and nervous system, and begin to move with intention and purpose both on and off the mat.

From this grounded foundation, you’ll rise—stepping into your voice as a teacher, leader, and space-holder. Through intentional sequencing, practice teaching, and authentic self-inquiry, you’ll learn to guide others with clarity, confidence, and integrity. This program is not just about learning to teach yoga—it’s about embodying it. By the end, you’ll feel rooted in who you are and empowered to rise into your purpose.
