WHERE SHOULD I PARK?

Florham Park Location

177 Columbia Tpk, 2nd floor, Florham Park, NJ 07932,  973-377-3332

We are located in the Crossroads center directly across Columbia Tpk, from Walgreens. We share a parking lot with TD Bank and Moe's Grill. You can enter our lot from Columbia Tpk or Ridgedale Ave and the parking is free. Enter the building from the front or the back of the studio. The front has stairs and the back has an elevator. We are located on the 2nd floor. 

Our South Orange Location

18 South Orange Ave, 2nd floor, South Orange, NJ 07079, 973-377-3332

We are located in the heart of South Orange above the Chase Bank and across the street from the Gas Light. The best place to park is right behind our building on Sloane St. You can download the Park Mobile App HERE so you are ready to rock when you arrive. We don't have a building sign but you will see our big, bright logo on our front door. Because our building is very old we only have  stairs to access the 2nd floor where the studio is. If you have trouble going up and downstairs we suggest visiting our Florham Park location which has an elevator.

 

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

A water bottle that you can fill up using our filtrated water cooler, your yoga mat or borrow one of ours for free. An open mind and a playful spirit. That's about it!

 

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Anything that makes you feel good and allows you to move freely.

 

WHERE CAN I STORE MY BELONGINGS?

We have cubbies and coat hangers to store all of your belongings. Please leave your cell phones outside of the practice space. The studio doors will be locked so no one will be entering the space while you are in class.

WHAT IF IT'S MY FIRST CLASS A 3B?

Welcome to Three Birds! Arrive 10 minutes prior to the beginning of class so you can fill out a short waiver and get settled in. Your instructor will let you know the rest.

 

WHAT ABOUT MY CELLPHONE?

To create a peaceful environment, without distraction we ask that you please leave your cell phone outside of the practice in a cubby and  turn it to silent.

WHAT IS YOUR CLASS CANCELATION POLICY?

Weekly in-studio classes must be cancelled 2hr prior to the start of class.

WHAT IS YOUR WORKSHOP CANCELATION POLICY?

You must cancel  72hr prior to the start of the workshop to receive a full refund. After this time period there will be no refunds.
