What’s Included
A 75-minute custom yoga class tailored to your group’s vibe. That might look like a grounding restorative flow with essential oils and sound healing, or an upbeat, energizing class set to your favorite playlist. Afterward, stay a while—toast with champagne or relax and chat in our peaceful space.

Three Birds offers custom group sessions designed to meet your team where they are. Whether you're a workplace looking to support employee wellness, a sports team needing recovery, or a youth group exploring mindfulness, we’ll create a session just for you.
