Mary Steuart Dyer

Mary Steuart Dyer has been studying yoga for over 20 years. She has extensive experience in many different types of yoga including vinyasa, yin, kundalini, and gentle yoga.

After Mary Steuart became a mother, she relied on her yoga practice to help her reconnect to the parts of herself that had become buried. Yoga offered a much needed sanctuary for her at that time, and as her practice grew, she became more drawn to the spiritual and meditative aspects of yoga.  Within this practice, she discovered her own sobriety was paramount in finding that spiritual connection, with the crucial support of meditation, yoga, and connection to nature.

Since 2020 Mary Steuart has earned three yoga certifications: a 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training certification in Vinyasa Yoga, a 30 Hour Yin Certification and a 220 Hour Level One Kundalini Yoga and Meditation Certification.
