Job Summary:
Three Birds Yoga Studio is seeking a part-time Front Desk Associate to join our team in our Florham Park location. Our studio is dedicated to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all. We are looking for an outgoing, warm individual with a passion for yoga and wellness. The ideal candidate will excel in customer service, sales, and studio maintenance, helping us grow our community and memberships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process sales and act as a salesperson for Three Birds services

• Follow sales procedures to meet studio sales goals

• Convert new clients into members through effective communication via phone, email, or text

• Reach out to lapsed clients to encourage studio return

• Ensure accurate check-ins for all clients attending classes

• Share studio policies and procedures with new clients

• Assist in client orientations and recommend appropriate classes

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the studio

• Engage with clients to foster community and support retention efforts

• Comfortable with photography/videography for marketing purposes

• Perform other administrative duties as assigned

 

Qualifications & Skills:

• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace and Excel

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Sales-driven and self-motivated with a passion for yoga and wellness

• Open to feedback and looking to grow within the industry 

• Pleasant, warm, and kind demeanor

• Reliable, professional, and committed to teamwork

• Open and accepting of all individuals

 

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year in retail, customer service, or sales

 

Job Type:

• Part-time, 5-10 hours per week.

• Must work a minimum of 2 shifts per week.

• Available nights and weekends

 

Compensation:

• $15.49 per hour
