WELCOME!

We are so pleased that you are interested in practicing yoga at Three Birds. We have over 25 classes on our schedule with class levels and styles for all abilities. If you are brand new to yoga or have only practiced a  handful of times we would suggest starting with a beginner class, gentle, restorative or yin yoga. These options move at a slower pace and the instructor will guide you through the basics.

For those of you who have tried yoga but still consider yourself a novice our level 1 or level 1-2 classes move at a moderate pace, and the instructor still guides you through the poses but they provide less demonstration.

If you are looking for a bit of a challenge and would like to explore deeper poses, the subtle body and create some heat our level 1-2 or level 2 classes are for you.

With that said, we provide modification in all our classes and invite you to take breaks when necessary. At Three Birds we pride ourselves on creating a space where all are welcome, competition only comes from the challenge you create for yourself in fact our door mat reads "Leave your ego at the door"!

MY FIRST CLASS

Please arrive 10 mins early to your first class so you can fill out some paper work and we can show you around. You are welcome to bring your own mat or borrow ours, we also have all the yoga props you will need. For your convenience we have a changing room, restrooms and a water cooler. 

YOGA ETIQUETTE 

Please arrive 10 mins early for class. We lock the door 5 minutes after the start of class so there will be no late entry. We ask that you leave your belongs outside of the studio in the cubbies and please put your cell phone on silent. There are no cell phones allowed in the practice space unless you have an unusual circumstance.
