What my class is like: A journey that moves beyond the physical experience of yoga into a deeper exploration of self through powerful and balanced sequences with mantra, mudra and breath awareness.


I love yoga because: it keeps me grounded.


Favorite pose: Downward Facing Dog….which offers the ultimate all-over stretch while being strengthening and relaxing at the same time

Favorite mantra or quote: Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu…

May all beings everywhere be happy and free, and may the thoughts, words and actions of my own life contribute in some way to the happiness of others.

My first introduction to yoga was: kundalini yoga several decades ago while in graduate school at Yale and then yoga just kept finding me.
