What my class is like: 

Accessible for all levels. There is a strong focus on physical alignment and breath. Most importantly, my class is FUN, because why would youpractice if you didn’t enjoy it?

Off the mat:  Going for walks with my puppy, Turbo, or playing at the dog park. My life basically revolves around him.

I love yoga because:  It’s as beneficial for your mind and spirit as it is for your physical body. 

My first introduction to yoga was: Watching YouTube videos! I was looking for a way to workout at home while dealing with a wrist injury. A few months later I worked up the confidence to visit a studio and have been hooked ever since.
