What my class is like:
My class focuses on breath, alignment then depth. I encourage students to use props to make the poses work for them, not vice versa. We center and warm up at the beginning of each class, bring in mindful movement (with modifications as needed) and end on a restorative note. I love to incorporate core work, essential oils and reiki (reiki 2) in my classes as well-- and tennis balls!
I love yoga because: it balances my life and grounds me.
My favorite pose is: (at the moment) Legs up the Wall~ change of perspective and just let go!
